After the previous guest post recipe done by my friend. Today's recipe I have made is Kheer or Pudding from Pasta. These pasta are found in regular super markets or groceries and prepared easily and without much of hassel. This pudding is very much similar to rice or vermecilli pudding. It's main ingredients being pasta, milk and sugar and can add extra flavors for more taste. Let's start! what is needed to make this dessert

It's main ingredients being pasta, milk and sugar and can add extra flavors for more taste. Let's start! what is needed to make this dessert
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup - pasta
- 1/2 ltr - milk
- 1 cup - condensed or evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup - sugar
- 1-2 tbsp - ghee or butter
- 1 tbsp - custard powder
- 3-4 tbsp - milk powder
- 8-10 - almonds chopped [optional for extra flavor]
- 7-8 - raisins [optional]
- 1 cup - water
Method:
1. In a vessel boil pasta in water for 10 -15 mins till it gets dente or softand keep it aside
2. In another vessel boil condensed or evaporated milk, custard powder, sugar, milk powder, butter/ghee.
3. Add the boiled pasta to the milk mixture for 10 mins on medium heat and keep stirring in between
4. Lastly add half the chopped almonds and raisins and cook for 5 mins and set it down in a bowl.
Before Serving refrigerate it for 2 hrs minimum and garnish it with the remaining chopped almonds. This dessert is best to eat cold.
