Bhatkally Fish Biryani #mmr

Assalam allaikum! !
Here I am back as I mentioned in my previous recipe Lentils with Okra. A new delicious and tasty recipe for those who loves to eat fish . My recipe is Fish Biryani, a Bhatkally recipe loved over by many people. This Biryani has two layers one has the fish mixture/masala  and another is the rice. Lets go for it.

 Ingredients:
1 kg fish [King Fish or Grouper/ Hamour]
3-4 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
5-6 green chilly ( put more for spicy)
1-2 tbsp ginger garlic paste [gg paste]
1/2 tbsp garam Masala
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
 Coriander leaves
 Curry leaves
2 whole spices each [cardamom, clove, bay leaves, 10 pepper etc]
1 tsp pepper powder
3 cups of Basmati rice [measuring rice cup]
1/4 tsp yellow color
 Oil as needed
salt to taste
Water for boiling  rice

Method:
1. Wash fish as I have mentioned in tips and warning and keep it aside
2. In a hot vessel put 4-5 tbsp oil and saute the whole spices [keep half aside] then add curry leaves to it as its frying put the chopped onions after it is cooked add tomatoes, green chilly, gg paste  and cook it in medium heat.Add the above mentioned powders like turmeric powder,etc... and coriander leaves, cook it in low heat. Add the needed salt as per your taste. [fish gets cooked soon compared to meat]
3. As the above mixture is getting prepared. In another bigger sized vessel boil rice and the remaining whole spices and salt and lemon juice. [remove it when it is cooked but hard]
4. Drainr the water.  In the vessel put a little oil and then add fish masala/mixture to it then put the cooked rice in it. Pour 4-5 tbsp oil over the rice. Mix the color in water and pour over the rice. Sprinkle fried onions and coriander leaves on top.
5. Cover the vessel with foil. Keep it on low heat for 20-25 mins or until steam come out.
