Bhatkally style Macaroni with coconut milk recipe

Assalamu walaikum friends and readers
After my previous post on Chicken chilly with capsicum I wanted to show the Bhatkally style of making Macaroni with coconut milk which my friends used to tell this is really different and tasty type of recipe as compared to so many variety.
In this recipe there is three type of recipes mixed together and made into one main Creative form. So Lets start this recipe with
 Bismillah ir-rahmaan nirraheem and see what type of ingredients and procedure is needed do to this.


Part 1 of Cooking

Method for Coconut Batter [sambar masala]
Ingredients : 
1. 1/2 Coconut grated
2. 1 tsp turmeric pwdr
3. 2-3 green chilly
4.  1/4 tsp fennel seed / saunf     [ सौंफ ]
5. 1/2 cup water

Coconut Batter/ Paste:
# In a blender grind all the above ingredients into fine paste / batter for mixing it with macaroni in the later stage and set it aside.

Part 2 of Cooking:

In  this part of cooking You need to cook the Chicken Korma / Curry. This recipe I have already written in one of my previous posts
So I will just write the ingredients needed for this recipe and for the Chicken Korma recipe click here


1. 4 -5 Onions

2. 2 - tomatoes

3. 5-6 green chillies

4. 1/2 tsp garam masala [grounded mixed spices]

5. Coriander leaves

6. 1 tsp Turmeric pwdr 

7. Salt to taste

8. 1 chicken [cut into pieces]

Gravy for the chicken is below

Mix the chicken in the gravy


Part 3 of Cooking:


1. 1- 2 Onions
2. Curry Leaves
3. 1 small tomato
4. Coriander leaves
5. Oil
6. 2-3 green chillies
7. 1 tin coconut milk [or remove the coconut milk from the one grated coconut]
8. 1 packet macaroni/pasta
9. Chicken Korma
10. Coconut Batter

*Parboil the pasta / macaroni before itself. While boil add salt very little and add 1-2 tbsp of oil to it

Method of Cooking:

1. In this step I have put some oil in a pot / utensil fried the curry leaves to it and then added the chopped onions to it ,stirred it fry for 2-3 mins. Put the chopped tomato,green chillies and the chopped coriander leaves and fry it


2. In the fried item Pour the Coconut batter and bring it to full boil stirring it continuously

2. Pour the coconut milk tin to it and boil and add the boiled macaroni to it

4. After the Macaroni is mixed with the coconut batter and the other ingredients. Mix the Chicken Korma which you have prepared earlier and add salt if needed and oil 1-2 tbsp to it. Cook this on medium heat for 10 minutes and then on low heat for 5 minutes


* serves 10 -12 peoples

Your recipe is ready to be served for around in any party occasion or rather eat at night sit out with friends and relatives. Or at your dinner at home
