Hi. I love fish the most in all types of non-veg foods. So I like preparing it with different tastes and these recipes which I try out are completely tasty in its own way. My previous post which was related to fried fish was Easy to prepare Fried fish #mmr. I think that its easy to cook anything easily only if you are in a good mood and you love cooking. Well! Lets prepare this another fish recipe Red Chilly Fish Curry with Okra vegetable
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbspn : Red chilly paste
- 6-7 pcs : fish like kingfish, Butter fish
- 1 : medium sized tomato
- 1 stem : curry leaves chopped
- coriander leaves : chopped
- salt to taste
- 2-3 pcs : tamarind
- 2 cups : water
- 2 tbspn : coconut oil
Method to make:
- In a pan put water and add red chilly paste, chopped tomato, curry leaves, and put it to boil
- In bowl soak the tamarind in hot water and after sometime squash it and pour only its water in the cooking pan
- Add the fish pieces, salt and oil
- And lastly add half of coriander leave
- Before you serve add the remaining coriander leaves
