Have you ever tried cutlets or kebab ? If no, then definitely try it out. This recipe Aloo Chicken Kebab or Potato Chicken Kebab is very quick and easy recipe, a tea time or snack recipe.
Let's see what ingredients are needed to start this and Make it happen.
Ingredients:
1. 3/4 kg boneless chicken
2. 1/2 kg aloo / potato
3. salt to taste
4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
5. 1/4 tsp pepper
6. handful of coriander (chopped)
7. 1 cup bread crumbs
8. Oil for shallow fry
9. 1 egg (for dipping)
Instructions to follow:
1. Boil the chicken with little salt, ginger garlic paste and pepper in vessel and in another pot boil potato with little salt
2. Smash the boiled potato in a big bowl after straining the water. Shred the chicken pieces in a separate plate.
3. Mix both potato and shredded chicken pieces and make a good mixture as a dough ( If it is needed add 1-2 tbsp of bread crumbs if it is moist since it is better if it is dry) as it is shown in the picture.
4. Make small balls from the mixture and dip it in beaten egg and bread crumbs as shown in picture
5. Beat the egg for dipping the balls of the mixture and spread the bread crumbs on a platter for rolling the balls before frying
6. Shallow fry the balls in a pan with required oil.
Serve it hot with tomato sauce green dip/chutney. As I prepared this recipe, around
36 kebabs were made out of it. Increase the quantity if you are
